Your username is your MCCA membership number. There is a minimum of 4 digits, for example, if your membership is 12 enter 0012.
Your password is your last name. Passwords are case sensitive so be sure to use lower case only. If you have more than one word in your last name with a space, do not enter the space. If your last name is hyphenated, include the hyphen. Do not enter your first name or any initials.
